1. Are you a pet friendly community?

Yes, Ridgewood Village accepts well-behaved dogs of all sizes and cats too. However, we do have breed restrictions. Please call our leasing office for details. We allow two pets per apartment with a non refundable $150 pet fee, a $250 pet deposit, and pet rent. Per month: $20 for 1 pet and $40 for 2 pets.

2. Do you have washer and dryer connections?

Yes, at Ridgewood Village each apartment has washer and dryer connections for full size electric washers and dryers. Should you choose to lease a washer and dryer set from us, the cost is $35/month. We also have a common coin operated laundry facility on site. The facility has four washers and four dryers and is open from 8 am – 10 pm daily.

3. What utilities are included in the rent?

At Ridgewood Village you will be responsible for the electricity,water/sewer, cable television, and telephone.

4. What school district is Ridgewood Village in?

Ridgewood Village is in the AAA Rated Fort Zumwalt South school district. We have the latest school district report cards on file for your review, just ask for details during your tour of our community.

5. What do I do if I need emergency maintenance service?

Ridgewood Village offers 24/7 Peace of Mind Maintenance Service. All you do is call our office number, 636-970-2229, and choose option “3″ for emergency service. Then leave your name, phone number, address and description of your concern. Our on call service tech will contact you within 20 minutes. Maintenance staff is on-site Monday through Saturday.

6. Does your community have good highway access?

Ridgewood Village has the ultimate location in St. Charles County. Reach I-70 within 3 minutes and be on your way to highway interchanges: I-370, I-270, I-170 and Hwy. 40.
